Member should follow the ethical and fair trade practice.

Member should pay all taxes and Levies as per the Government Rules & Regulations.

Member should honor the warranty commitments towards the customer.

Member should honor the commitment regards to payment, delivery and services within the community as well as to the end customer.

Member should not encourage or engage into any malpractices.

One voting right is allowed for every member except Corporate Membership.

Authorised Representatives of Corporate Members can attend the meetings with the Authorized Letter. Voting rights are not allowed for the Corporate Membership.

Member should update the information about any changes in Director / Partner, Address, Phone Nos. or Email id’s etc. with the relevant supporting documents.

Member can use JDCDA logo as per specified norms.
