Refunds

Process: To request a refund, please contact us with your membership details and reason for the refund request.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Member: Members may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us. Refunds for cancellations will be handled as per the refund policy.
Cancellation by JDCDA: JDCDA reserves the right to cancel any subscription or service without prior notice if there is a violation of our terms and conditions.
